Since 2008/09, the faculty of information technology/mathematics at Dresden University of Applied Sciences offers full-time bachelor's and master's degree programmes within the scope of standardisation according to the Bologna Accord. Enrolment in the diploma programme is no longer offered.

Students of information technology and business information technology who were enrolled prior to the academic year 2006/2007 shall continue according to the testing regulations in place up until then. Students of media informatics continue according to the diploma testing regulations of 2007.
