Renewal of matriculation takes place after payment of the semester fee.

Confirmation should be submitted at the self-service terminal via payment with an EC card or, in exceptional cases, by transferring the required sum to the following account:

• Recipient: Hauptkasse Sachsen
• Bank code: 850 503 00
• Account number: 3155825005
• Credit institute: Ostsächsische Sparkasse Dresden (OSD)
• 1st line of reason for payment: personal special debit number
• 2nd line of reason for payment: matriculation number and name
• In case of international transfers, use the following IBAN (International Bank Account Number): DE 09 85 05 03 00 31 55 82 5005, BIC OSDD DE 81

Please note that receipt of the money shall only be registered by Dresden University of Applied Sciences after approx. 10 working days!

Don't forget to update the stamp on your student ID card with the card printer!

For a second programme, an additional semester fee amounting to 300 euros will be due, however this may be waived under certain circumstances.

In case this confirmation fee is not received by HTW Dresden by 26th February 2011, a late fee of 20 euros will be added by the university (according to the new fee regulations as of 11/02/2011).

Failure to confirm by this deadline may result in exmatriculation.
