Ms. Tanja Sonntag has twelve years of extensive experience covering the entire spectrum of HR work at various companies and across various industries. For the past six years, she has worked on a freelance basis for companies in Saxony. Her main areas of practice were recruitment, consulting and providing support to both executives and employees, consulting on new structuring and restructuring measures in companies, the implementation and monitoring of employment law-related measures, as well as conducting negotiations with employee representatives.

Ms. Sonntag supports students in periods of upheaval or when they find themselves in the application process. Due to her background and her qualification as a Systemic Business Coach (among other things) and as a certified KODE® trainer , she can provide valuable hints / tips to students. Moreover, she is also responsible for the qualification offer and the organisation of events with companies.

After studying Industrial Engineering, Bert Reichert's work  shifted  in focus to Product Development, Marketing and Intercultural Collaboration. He expanded on this work in lectureships at the HTW Dresden covering the subjects of Leadership and Management, Intercultural Communication and the formation of management in medium-sized companies. As a result, his skills now include an expert  understanding of the interplay between culture, business and entrepreneurship.

In the Career Service, Bert Reichert  is responsible for the organisation of the HTW career fair "Career Paths" .
