Since April, guest researcher Prof. Dr. Dr. Olena Dobrovolska from our partner university Dnipropetrovsk State Agrarian University in Ukraine has been conducting research at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration in the field of innovation management and the use of various business management instruments to strengthen the innovative capacity of companies. The scientist pays special attention to the marketing of innovations and thus to an essential success factor within innovation management. The results of this research contribute to the marketability of innovations and thus to the innovative capacity of companies.

This research work is now being honoured and supported. The Ukrainian guest researcher will receive one of the coveted Philipp Schwartz Initiative scholarships for 18 months from August 2022. The Philipp Schwartz Initiative supports threatened scientists.
