Welcome to the Centre for Information Services and Digital Transformation (ZID)
As a central institution of the HTW Dresden, the Centre of Information Services and Digital Transformation (ZID) ist responsible for the entire IT communication infrastructure of the HTW Dresden, including the operation of its central servers and services. The ZID contains the IT Service Centre, Audiovisual Services and Event Technology, the Cross-divisional Service Team and Digital Management.
As a service facility, the ZID also offers the faculties and facilities of the HTW Dresden additional services. In addition to coordinating the provision of software, this also includes conceptual and organisational support in the procurement of data processing systems.
Phishing e-mails in circulation
There are always phishing emails in circulation pretending that your mailbox is full.
Our mail server does never send any emails with a link in its body! Delete this email immediately. If you clicked this link by mistake, do not enter your password! If you entered your password, change your password immediately and contact the ZID.
Official emails from our mailserver have the sender address MicrosoftExchangealphanumericString@htw-dresden.de.
