Student Service Desk
The student Service Desk is the central contact point for all inquiries from students regarding selected services of the IT Service Centre of the HTW.
Opening hours of the service desk
The service desk is staffed during the lecture period in the winter semester 2019/20 (starting on October 9th) at the following times in the foyer of the HTW library:
- Thursday: 13:00 - 14:00
- Friday: 15:00 - 16:00
If the service desk can not be staffed, this will be announced here.

The student service desk of the IT Service Centre provides advice and support on questions regarding
- set up Wi-Fi (eduroam)
- set up VPN
- configure email accounts
- set up user drives (Samba)
