SUMMARY:Beyond the Lesson: Navigating Teaching and Learning in German Higher Education
DESCRIPTION:<p>This workshop invites international lecturers from Saxony to
  explore and implement student-centred teaching and learning approaches wit
 hin the context of German higher education. Drawing on the trainer’s intern
 ational background and firsthand experience in German universities, the wor
 kshop combines practical strategies with reflective practice.</p>\n\n<p>Par
 ticipants will explore the German higher education system and academic cult
 ure, examine core didactic approaches, and engage with widely used teaching
  methods and assessment formats. Through real-world examples and interactiv
 e activities, we will also reflect on effective feedback practices, assessm
 ent design, and the integration of student-centred approaches within the Ge
