DESCRIPTION:<p>This interactive workshop explores cultural integration in G
 ermany through the lived experience of an international researcher from Dre
 sden. The session examines the academic, social, and cultural realities for
 eign researchers encounter and invites participants to reflect on common ad
 aptation challenges. Together, we will discuss strategies for navigating Ge
 rman academic culture and developing cultural fluency without compromising 
 professional or personal identity. Breakout sessions provide space for exch
 ange, networking, and guided reflection with the facilitator.&nbsp;</p>\n\n
