How do I obtain books from the Interim Library?

In the interim library in the Z building, you also have access to almost the entire stock of the university library. As only a small proportion of the media is available directly on site in the Z building, you have the option of ordering your desired titles via the library catalogue. You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your order is ready for collection. This is usually the case on the next working day.

Be the first to log in to the library catalogue!
Log in to the library catalogue under "My account" (top right) with your library or S number.
This is the only way you can order media or view their loan status.
How do I order a book for collection from the Interim Library?
Order book
Search the library catalogue and open the title you wish to order.
Under "Loans", click the "Order: Reservation" button to order this title.
Send order
Then select "Interim library (Z building)" as the pick-up location. All other fields can be left blank.
You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your order is ready for collection. This is usually the case on the next working day.
How do I find out whether a book can be borrowed directly on site?
Find titles available in the Interim Library
Search the library catalogue and then use the "Library" facet: filter for "Interim library (Z building)".
You can take these titles directly on site, provided they are not currently on loan.
