Welcome to our student service

We support you in all organisational issues during your studies at our university.

On our website, you can find a variety of information and documents for all student affairs ranging from matriculation, student identity card, semester ticket for public transport, re-registration for the new semester, change in study programme, part-time studies, leave of absence, committee work, semester abroad, report of accident for students, health insurance to de-registration.

A multitude of student affairs such as notification of change of contact details (name, addressor telephone number) can be directly managed online on the student portal.

Furthermore, the re-registration for the new semester and the extension of your student identity card can also be settled by yourself at the self-service terminal.

Our student advisory service consult you regarding the questions of individual aptitude for study and in personal and social matters concerning study.

For questions regarding our exam management and exam results, please contact the examination office.

Opening hours

Due to the corona pandemic, office hours only take place in urgent exceptional cases and an appointment should be made in advance.


However, we are still available for you by e-mail and phone.
