Research and Innovation Management
The Chair of Process and Innovation Management has two main research focuses. On the one hand, established methods of process and quality management are analyzed and further developed, such as Lean Six Sigma. On the other hand, the focus lies on methods and processes of technology transfer and innovation management. In this context, an indicator system was developed in collaboration with other universities, taking into account the various actors and processes within the innovation system. In addition to application-oriented research, the Chair is engaged in the development of innovative teaching formats as well as the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in higher education.
