Heinrich Leuschner advises you on all matters relating to business start-ups and business succession, and supports you from the initial idea right through to the launch of your business. His consultancy focuses on developing financing strategies and utilising government grants. A graduate in business administration and HTW alumnus, he is himself a serial entrepreneur and is therefore familiar with the individual steps involved in setting up a business and the pitfalls along the way. When he is not at the Gründungsschmiede, he works as a management consultant for small and medium-sized enterprises, ensuring his knowledge is always up to date. In his teaching role, he leads the seminars ‘Start-up-oriented Introduction to Business Administration’, ‘greenStartup – Starting a Business in Horticulture and Agriculture’ and ‘Business Start-ups and Design Law for the Creative Industries’.

Robert, who holds an MSc in Economics, advises researchers at HTW on all matters relating to the commercialisation of research findings through spin-offs. Robert has extensive experience in innovation management and sales. Consequently, idea management and the challenges it presents, combined with mentoring potential founders, is his personal area of expertise. Robert is also well-equipped when it comes to communicating and developing concepts with funding bodies.

Susann is responsible for communications and events at the Gründungsschmiede. She is particularly passionate about inspiring students, researchers and staff at HTW to take an interest in the exciting world of start-ups. After studying business administration with a specialisation in marketing, she gained several years’ experience in B2B marketing at international companies both in Germany and abroad. Alongside her work at the Gründungsschmiede, she works as a PR consultant for IT companies.
