Teaching
Staff of the Division of Water Scienes offer modules in the Diploma programme Civil Engineering, MEng Environmental Engineering, MSc Landscape Development and MSc Chemical Engineering such as Hydrodynamics / Water Management, Hydrology & Hydrometry, Engineering Hydrolog, Climate Change and Managed Aquifer Recharge.
Research
Research in the Division of Water Sciences is mostly third-party funded focusing on areas such as River Bank Filtration / Groundwater and Engineering Hydrology / Transition towards Renewable Energy. In particular the lack of safe drinking water in large parts of the developing world drives research and education projects in Africa, Asia and South America.
