In the HAW International “Future.East” project, new international study formats and offerings are being developed. The focus is on cooperation with international university partners in Mongolia, Vietnam, Georgia and Russia.

Education at the Faculty of Computer Science/Mathematics is being internationalized through the introduction of English-language courses and the promotion of student exchanges in order to create intercultural enrichment at home and prepare graduates for the region's increasingly international medium-sized businesses.
In particular, English-language elective modules and international offerings are to be created as part of the master’s program “Applied Information Technologies”:

Offer of international courses in the field of media and business informatics
Use of digital teaching formats and virtual mobility
Development of international study programs and double degree programs with university partners in Russia and Georgia
Study trip to Moscow / Russian University of Transport
