This interactive workshop explores cultural integration in Germany through the lived experience of an international researcher from Dresden. The session examines the academic, social, and cultural realities foreign researchers encounter and invites participants to reflect on common adaptation challenges. Together, we will discuss strategies for navigating German academic culture and developing cultural fluency without compromising professional or personal identity. Breakout sessions provide space for exchange, networking, and guided reflection with the facilitator.
