Jeder Arbeitnehmer in Deutschland hat Rechte und Pflichten. Weißt du, wie viele Überstunden du machen darfst? Oder wie viele Tage Urlaub du im Jahr nehmen kannst? Im Workshop erfährst du das Wichtigste über das Arbeitsrecht in Deutschland: Tarifvertrag, Zeitarbeit, Arbeitsort, Kündigung.
It is important to show performance on the job. Another skill is to be aware of your own rights and duties: Are 28 vacation days a lot or little? What means Wettbewerbsverbot? Why must my employer know that I am working on weekends? Is it better to give notice myself or to receive a termination? You learn about important German terms in labour law to avoid suprises: Tarifvertrag, Zeitarbeit, Arbeitsort, Kündigung.
